Job Description
As a Customer & Fashion Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers via email, chat, and social media. You will advise on our collection, answer questions about orders, and ensure an excellent online shopping experience. Additionally, you will contribute to optimising our webshop and supporting online marketing and styling initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media
- Advising customers on products, sizes, and styles
- Processing orders and returns
- Contributing to product description improvements and the overall online shopping experience
- Supporting content creation for social media and online campaigns
- Identifying trends and customer needs
Your Profile
- Passionate about fashion; e-commerce experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a digital environment
- Affinity with social media and online marketing
- Knowledge of women's fashion and styling
