At Oxford Gallery, we strive to deliver your order in a timely and reliable manner. Please read our shipping and delivery terms carefully.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (UK time) are usually processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on non-working days will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time within the United Kingdom is 5–10 business days, Monday to Friday.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or peak periods.
3. Shipping Area
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
4. Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping on all UK orders.
No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
6. Delays
If the estimated processing and delivery time has passed and your order has not yet arrived, please allow an additional 3 business days.
If your order has still not arrived after this period, please contact our customer support team and include your order number so we can assist you further.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us promptly and provide your order number along with clear photos of the issue.
We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
9. Responsibility, Liability & Risk
Oxford Gallery is not responsible for delays or loss caused by the courier once the order has been handed over for delivery.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided address.
