Return & Exchange Policy – Oxford Gallery
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following terms regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.

Article 1 – Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to submit a return request. Returns made after this period will not be accepted.

Article 2 – Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, including original packaging and tags.

Article 3 – Return Procedure

To initiate a return, contact us at support@oxford-gallery.store We will guide you through the process. Items must be carefully packaged and sent via a reliable carrier. You are responsible for return shipping costs. No restocking fees will be applied.

Article 4 – Refunds

Once your return has been processed and inspected, the full purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days. If delays occur, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Article 5 – Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at support@oxford-gallery.store and indicate the item(s) and reason for exchange. We will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

Article 6 – Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@oxford-gallery.store Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Article 7 – Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please take photos and email them to support@oxford-gallery.store with your order number. We will review and resolve the issue promptly. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
