2. Definitions

For the purposes of these terms, the following definitions apply:
- Cooling-off period: period in which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal;
- Consumer: a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade or profession;
- Distance contract: a contract concluded between the trader and the consumer using distance communication techniques;
- CESOP: Central Electronic Payment Information System, used to monitor payment service providers in the EU.

3. Products & Offers

We aim to describe all products accurately. Product images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual product.
All offers are non-binding. Oxford Gallery reserves the right to change offers and clearly states all total costs, including shipping, customs, and any additional charges.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

Orders are confirmed by email once payment has been successfully processed.
Oxford Gallery reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or payment issues.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including customs, are not our responsibility.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the courier.
Customers are responsible for import procedures if applicable.

7. Right of Withdrawal / Returns & Refunds

Consumers have 30 days after receipt of products to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving reasons.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are issued within 14 days after the product is returned in original condition and packaging.

8. Warranty & Conformity

Products must conform to the contract and applicable law. Complaints about defects must be reported in writing within 14 days of discovery.
Products must be returned in original packaging and undamaged.

9. Liability

Oxford Gallery is not liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, or loss of profit, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Customers agree to indemnify Oxford Gallery for any penalties or costs incurred due to non-compliance with import or local laws.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Oxford Gallery or its suppliers.
Reproduction, distribution, or use of content without permission is prohibited.

11. Privacy

Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Data may be processed for order fulfillment, marketing (with consent), and compliance with legal obligations including CESOP.

12. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. 

Disputes should preferably be resolved through mutual consultation.If necessary, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
