WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES FOR OUR PRODUCTS?
Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM (GMT) are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.
Processing time is generally 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday).
Once dispatched, delivery takes an average of 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday).
The total estimated delivery time is therefore 6–12 business days from the date of purchase.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
After shipping, you'll receive an email with the tracking number. You can then track the status of your order via our website.
WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
You can return unwanted items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For added peace of mind, please also consult our returns policy at Returns Policy.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of shipping. Please contact our customer service team for this. After this time, we can no longer guarantee cancellations or changes.

If your order is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service immediately. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and arrange an exchange or refund.
